We offer a range of pedal boats and row boats, as well as four-wheeled bikes suitable for all ages.

2. Do I need experience to hire a boat or bike?

For boats, no experience is needed, and we'll provide a quick safety briefing before you set off. Our four-wheeled bikes are designed to be stable, so even if you've never ridden a bike, you can enjoy the experience.

3. Are life jackets mandatory for boat hires?

Life jackets are provided and mandatory for those aged 12 and under.

4. How long can I hire a boat or bike for?

Hire durations typically range from 30 minutes to a few hours. Please check with our staff for specific durations and availability.

5. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Certainly! However, please ensure you clean up after yourself and note that alcohol is not allowed on the boats.

6. What are the age restrictions for boat and bike hires?

Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult for boat hires. For bikes, there's no age restriction but children should be supervised.

7. Do I need to book in advance?

For individual or small group hires, no prior booking is necessary as it's on a first-come, first-served basis. However, for large groups of 20 or more, please contact us in advance.

8. Can I bring my own pet?

Pets are not permitted on our boats or bikes, with the exception of service animals with proper identification.

9. What's required as a deposit for bike hires?

A driver's license or passport is necessary as a deposit when hiring our bikes.

10. What safety measures are in place?

Our boats and bikes are regularly checked for safety. Essential safety equipment is provided, and our trained staff are on hand to assist if necessary.

11. Is there a specific area for biking?

Yes, Fairlop offers designated biking trails. Our four-wheeled bikes provide a stable and enjoyable ride for all, and maps and guidelines are available at our rental station.
